Shanda, You may not find anyone else having exactly the same problem and able to demonstrate it in the same way. FS would be better off (as would all JAWS users) to know all individual specific problems related to each person'sunique installation and hardware. They can do a better job of fixing issuesif they know all the variances that lead to a similar symptom. We don't gain any more attention from FS by having a few more people agree on a problem than if each of us individually send in our problems. It results in the same number of people, but each with a voice. Don't delay, send that message today!
