I see slowness issues quite frequently using IE 8 and JFW 12. No such issues
exist in same version of IE and JFW 11, so I don't think it's an add-on or
other IE problem. I heard something about FS having interesting and unusual
memory leak issues in later versions of JAWS. I just kind of chalked it up
to that--particularly as it happens in Firefox as well.

I know this is spinning off into internet explorer land, but what is the
setting for compatibility mode or something like that? Jaws may work better
this way while surfing. Also, it would be wise to check the add ons for some

plugin that slows things down. I normally disable as much as possible in
this add on window.
