There is no quoting in this message, so I'm not quite sure what you want. Are you trying to read documents with JAWS, and want to turn off print layout? If this is the case, open the document, go to View and select Normal. I opened the file in question, which happened to be the Zoomtext 8 manual in Word format. As expected, it came up in print view. 2. I went into File and pressed Enter on Print preView. 3. That definitely brought up the print preview, so I repeated step 2 and turned it off. 4. I then closed and restarted Word, bringing up the file by clicking on it in my documents folder. It came up in print view again. This is not a big deal, but I would like to know what's up. Any ideas?
