Hi,

Every time you reset the word settings on a particular file and don't
save the file it will revert to its origional layout settings.

Paul.

This sounds good in theory, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me.
Perhaps I goofed when following the procedure, so I'll run it by you. 1.
I opened the file in question, which happened to be the Zoomtext 8
manual in Word format. As expected, it came up in print view. 2. I went
into File and pressed Enter on Print preView. 3. That definitely brought
up the print preview, so I repeated step 2 and turned it off. 4. I then
closed and restarted Word, bringing up the file by clicking on it in my
documents folder. It came up in print view again.

This is not a big deal, but I would like to know what's up. Any ideas?

Tom
