JAWS reads the fields

My wife, Karen, wrote a message to the jaws lite list where she's still waiting
for a response. Here is that message.
Hi, guys,
When I start to read an e-mail using the "read all" command, it starts
reading the e-mail, then switches back and reads the "from" field, and
"subject" fields. This really bugs! Anyone know why, and how to make it
stop?
