Nah, your friend should get himself a floppy disc with JAWS pro keys on it, unless of course he's running a version of JAWS below 6.0. if he's running 6.0 or anything up to 7.10, then this isn't even an issue since FS isn't even using floppies anymore for authorizations. now they use Internet License Manager.

Basically, if you have 2 floppy discs, one with an xp pro authorization, and one for xp home, you can not have more than one key on the drive at once, and if a key was originally on a floppy for xp pro, then that key should go back on the xp pro floppy disc.
only one auth key can be accepted, and as i said before, if you're using a modern version of JAWS, anything after 6.0, this isn't an issue, since it's likely that you got your authorization through the internet license manager, (ILM).
