Well folks,
I have this same problem on occasional emails and I am still using JAWS
5.0.6??.
I don't know exactly what the problem is but ever so often I get an
email which will cause JAWS to just go off into never-never land.
Using XP Home I can usually regain control by the ctrl+esc.

Using win 98 the same happens on my computer. Have to use the
control+alt+delete and alt + E and JFW 6 will start up again. This is on
control+alt+the
web and O E.
