I know that I have seen this before, and what I have done to fix it is turn off the "hide inactive icons" and of course there is another one called "group simular trey icons" I think both of them can be done in the properties of the taskbar. hth ----- Original Message ----- From: "Grant Hardy" <grant_hardy@xxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, October 08, 2004 1:34 AM Subject: JAWS System Tray List Not Working Correctly Hello All, I recently got a new laptop with Windows XP and the latest version of JAWS, 5.10. Unfortunately, the JAWS system tray list (activated with insert+f11) doesn't appear to work. When I press this keystroke, arrow to an option and press enter, it brings me to the standard context menu containing options such as "arrange icons" and "refresh", regardless of what item I supposedly clicked on in the system tray list, whether it was JAWS, MSN Messenger or anything else. This is extremely annoying. I haven't tried reinstalling/repairing JAWS yet although I've rebooted multiple times. Any suggestions?
