No, I don't have sighted assistance. My problem isn't on the website, it's
on the registration portion of the program in my system tray. I just don't
understand the error message, and JAWS isn't reading anymore than what I
sent, so I thought I might be missing something.

The NFB sued Southwest Airlines some years ago over its website and lost.
The current lawsuit against Target is intended to overcome that huge
obstacle to accessibility.
From what you write, it would seem you might benefit from sighted assistance
in setting up your account but that you might be able to access it once
that's done. I hope so.

I am trying to sign up for the Ding Program through Southwest Airlines. I
had this program on both of my computers before they were reformatted, and
even though it was difficult to sign up, I got it done and they were working
great. Now I have reinstalled the program, and when I try to register, I get
the following error message after selecting the register button:
about:blank/cgi-bin/systray - Microsoft Internet Explorer File Edit View
Favorites Tools Help Back Search Favorites Address
about:blank/cgi-bin/systray Go Links blank/cgi-bin/systray Done Internet
I have never gotten this before, and I'm wondering if anyone has had trouble
or is familiar with this error message. Ding runs from the system tray, and
it isn't too JAWS friendly, but it was working. I called Southwest Airlines,
and they didn't know why it was doing this eithre.
