the only thing I can think of is make sure your outlook window is completely 
maximized, not "normal, the point where the maximize button in the system menu 
is unavailable, and make sure you have the preview pain turned off, that thing 
is continuously knocking the focus out of whack for those who haven't turned it 
off.

  I often have a problem when opening a message in outlook 2010, where jaws 
will lose focus and go to the wrong part of the message, for example the to 
field rather than straight to the message body. Does anyone have/know how to 
fix this problem?
