Insert+V when you're in an open message and see if there are settings in the
reading area that might help. Perhaps something to do with reading messages
automatically.

I often have a problem when opening a message in outlook 2010, where jaws
will lose focus and go to the wrong part of the message, for example the to
field rather than straight to the message body. Does anyone have/know how to
fix this problem?
