When I installed speedfan and started it and looked in my system tray there
were 4 temperatures given, anybody have any idea which one is the main one
to look at? Last night my temperatures ranged from 33 to 48 degrees
Celcius.

Temperatures can be displayed in either fahrenheit, or celcius.
You can set this in the options.
