JAWS 8.0 and Outlook Express

Hello All:

I'm working with a client using JAWS Version 8.0 and Outlook Express.
When she gets a message and presses ctrl-r to reply to it, and wants to
arrow down into the included message for whatever reason, JAWS will say
"- - - - - " and the only way she can stop it is by pressing escape.  I
seem to remember seeing this problem before but I don't remember how to
solve it.  Anyone got any ideas?
