Margaret,
No, I'm not talking about web pages. I have Borland C++ Builder, and in some
of its screens, there are rows of what JFW only identifies as "graphic"
followed by a unique number for each item. You are supposed to be able to
get what Borland calls a "help tip" by holding the mouse cursor over any of
these items. Neither JFW 5.10 or JFW 7 speak any information when I place
the JAWS cursor over these items. I've tried using the JAWS auto graphics
labeler, but after it works at it for a minute or so, JAWS informs me that
no graphics were labeled.
I don't know what these so-called "help tips" are supposed to be, I thought
they might be help balloons, and another list member suggested they were
tool tips. I have the speaking of tool tips checked in my JFW verbosity
settings, butt these graphical items remain silent when I position the JAWS
cursor over them.

Do you mean the Mouse thing in IE? I haven't installed JAWS
7.0 yet, but I believe FS changed the command to read it if you have
MouseOver turned on. Mine is turned off with JAWS 6.2, so I can't be
of any help.
