I think the quirk is more like a problem. I just tried Jaws 11 in Firefox. Some standard Windows navigation keys like insert left arrow to go back to the previous web page do not work. When this happens, try pressing Insert+z a couple of times to toggle the Virtual Cursor off and on instead of unloading and reloading JAWS. I need to do this with Internet Explorer every now and then to get the Virtual Cursor to work properly. I suppose JAWS Help would say JAWS Key+z to cover both Desktop and Laptop keyboard layouts.

Hi, all,
I notice that fairly often, when a page is loaded, there is no virtual cursor navigation available. I have to unload and reload JAWS to get it to work. 

does anyone else have this problem?
