Teresa,
When this happens, try pressing Insert+z a couple of times to toggle the Virtual Cursor off and on instead of unloading and reloading JAWS. I need to do this with Internet Explorer every now and then to get the Virtual Cursor to work properly. I suppose JAWS Help would say JAWS Key+z to cover both Desktop and Laptop keyboard layouts.

Hi, all,

I notice that fairly often, when a page is loaded, there is no virtual cursor navigation available. I have to unload and reload JAWS to get it to work.

does anyone else have this problem?

Thanks,
Teresa
