I love it so far it's just a bit slow or actually jaws is a bit slow, maybe
it's because i have over 20,000 songs and i only 2 gb ram, and thanks i already
listened to the podcast and i've lerned a lot.

iTunes is not a pain. I use it dailly. In fact, I am using it right now.
Here, this is a link for a 2 part tutorial on iTunes. The second part comes
out this month so keep an eye open.

A list of different podcast will appear. Select the december 2010 episode. I
believe it is episode 49. Listen to it. You will learn a lot. Don't dispair!
Once you learn to use iTunes you will like it. Also, if you plan to use or
buy an iPod, iPhone or iPad (or any combination of those devices) you will
need iTunes.
