?Press F6 to move around the different parts of the browser. On IE 9 ypou have the main window, the address bar and the toolbars and different buttons and shortcuts that I don't use. This shortcut is a circle, so don't worry if you pass yyour target. Just press shift and the F6 key or press it again until you get to your target again.
