?Press F6 to move around the different parts of the browser. On IE 9 ypou have
the main window, the address bar and the toolbars and different buttons and
shortcuts that I don't use. This shortcut is a circle, so don't worry if you
pass yyour target. Just press shift and the F6 key or press it again until you
get to your target again.

You can press the "H" letter until you hear the heading that you are looking
for.

  Hi folks,
  In IE or Firefox, I sometimes need to tab around various stuff above the main
document such as toolbars, address bar, etc, until I reach the main document;
where the virtual PC cursor is available. Is there a shortcut key to jump
directly to it?
  Cheers!
  Hamid
