Maybe I was not clear enough, but this can be done when you are within the 
virtual document; I mean within the web page document content. For example if 
you are in address bar and you type letter h, that will be written. what i want 
is to first jump to the main document, and then what you have stated applies.

  You can press the "H" letter until you hear the heading that you are looking 
for.

    Hi folks,
    In IE or Firefox, I sometimes need to tab around various stuff above the 
main document such as toolbars, address bar, etc, until I reach the main 
document; where the virtual PC cursor is available. Is there a shortcut key to 
jump directly to it?
