I just tried that and got no speech when I tried to arrow down. I rebooted my

I suggest we all now and again do the following.
Insert + J then arrow down to help.
Open up help and arrow up once to check for updates press enter. That should
tell us when there is an update.

I might be wrong but I believe the patch is Jaws 8.0 still to be
released. Payed or SMA upgrade as well.
