When you are in the jaws window, open the basics menu then tab to where it
says run jaws first. If you are in the version you want it to start with,
check that box. Now, go back and unload the jaws you ar working with and
open the other jaws. This may require a hot key or you may know where it is
on your desk top. Do the same thing there. Go to options then basics then
tab to where the run jaws first is and check or uncheck it, depending on
which version of jaws you are in and what you want. As for the voices, Be
in your jaws window and hit enter onb oprtions then arrow down to voices and
you can choose voices there. but not sure you can change them between
programs. To make deck talk express your default synthesizer, open the
config manager by doing insert 6 then hitting shift, control d to open the
default config manager for jaws. Now, hit alt s for set options then arrow
down to synthesizer. Hit enter. The first thing in there is a choice of
your synthesizer that you want as default. Choose DT express then tab to ok
an hit enter. Hit control s to save your changes then alt f4 to close the
manager.
