Robert what you were on is the desktop page, and it was reading you the list
of possible backgrounds.
Control tab between the various tabs and you will find a page for themes and
one for appearance.
Bliss is fine.

Debbie,

To answer your first question: Jaws says nothing for either shift down
arrow, or control C. I've experimented with them anyway plus using paste
with no results. Also I've used insert shift down arrow I also went to
control pannel, then display, entered which brought up properties; tabbed
through various items where the only one having to do with background was
"list of backgrounds. I arrived on number 5 which was called "bliss".
There are several dozen on the list. So, should I remain in this state of
"bliss" or chance something else? (smile)
Boband it doesn't say selected.
