Robert, that is very strange indeed!
Okay do you use a laptop or a desktop? Do you have an ATI video card
installed?
What verbosity level do you use? I mean if you use a verbosity level that
doesn't say selected, I bet you have probably still tried to copy some text
and paste it?
Debbie

Debbie,

You have come accross a problem that has pleagued me for months. It is,
that I can't use shift down arrow to select a line on a web page or in an
email. Shift with up arrow, or end, or home do not work either. The only
thing that will select for me is control A for the entire page. I am using
Jaws 6 with XP home. Would you have any thoughts about why this problem
exists. Thanks in advance for your answer, good or bad.

Bob S.
