Hi,
In order to reset the hot key for starting JAWS

1. Go to the desktop
2. hit J for JAWS
3. Press alt enter to activate the properties
4. tab over until you hear "short cut key"

5. Change the letter to whatever you would like it to be
6. Press enter

Subject: Hot Key Conflict
Date: Wed, 14 Feb 2007 10:35:59 -0600

Hi,
I am fairly new to jaws and haven't mucked around much inside the client yet. A keylogger program yesterday wouldn't work because it uses the same hot key I have assigned to jaws. Currently by default or my own earlier actions, I have control alt j as the hot key. Can someone please help me sort out where or how to assign a different hot key to start jaws because I cannot get into the keylogger until I reassign the jaws hot key.

Thanks, Tom
