Actually, Windows Media Player is JAWS friendly, believe it or not.

this link should help you. combined with the recent improvements in JAWS 10
to WMP support, you shouldn't have too many problems with WMP.

I have windows media player but that is a real pain and isn't really
jaws user friendly.
