Having outlook espress problems.

I have posted this to the list and forgot to change my e-mail address on the
list since I changed to DSL. I apologize for this, but still have the
problem. I'll state it again, but I'm sure someone has answered it, and I
never received it. When I go into my In Box in outlook express, jaws will
say not selected, and then, tell me what isn't selected. I hit the space bar
to select it, and jaws says nothing. If I hit the down arrow, it will select
a message, but I never had to do that before. Why can't I just go into the
In box and hear what's there without hearing not selected, and then hearing
nothing when I select it with the space bar. I am using Jaws 5.0 and Windows
98 SE. I am sorry for the multi-postings, but I haven't gotten an answer
from anyone, and would like to fix this if I can.
