If you really want to delete all of the email from the computer, you don't want
to save any of them, you can do a control plus (a) and then do a shift plus
delete and they will go completely away. You will never see them again.

Subject: Gmail: Standard View with Jaws: Deleting All Messages

Using jaws, can anyone tell me how to select all the messages on a current
page and delete them? In standard html, I'm pretty sure this feature's not
available. But standard version is really not accessible. But I'd like to clear
out my inbox, and I don't want to have to select every email by hand. I've got
over 12,000 in there.

  Sam
