Forms mode turning itself off

Help needed. When I work in a website with the forms mode on, after writing a
couple of words, forms mode turns itself off. Did anybody experience this
problem.
The website I am talking about is
www.americansingles.com
This specifically happen when I try to write an email message.
If you want to venture into the website, let me know I'll give you my
subscription info to get to that part. Otherwise, this site is the most
accessible dating sit I tried so far.
