A friend of mine is having a problem with the find message by subject , to fields etc. are not working. For example, from her in box she would do an alt e, hit "f" for find then do an alt u for subject, alt t for the to field, after typing say hannah in the to field after doing an alt i it will select all the messages from hannah. But when she goes through all the steps, it comes up with a list of 0
Using jaws 9 or 10 is the same. Any suggestions for my friend would be appreciated.Shannon
