Hi, once in forms mode on the list press SHIFT F8 then you can arrow up and down and press space bar to select or deselect options. I've literally five minutes ago figured this out myself. Once out of forms mode again you can then arrow over it and as you move over it it will read individual the options that you have selected.

I have been trying to access a website that contains an extentable listbox in which you can select multiple items, but how do I select any of them? I can arrow up and down through the list, but when hitting spacebar on an item it doesn't seem to work. 
Any help is really apreciated, many thanks!
