Email sounds

Hello,
I am using Outlook 2002 and I went to the JFW lite site and there was an
instruction to specify email sounds for different filters and I was
wondering if some of you know how to do this for the general send and
receive sound notification. I used to know how to do it for Windows 95 and
98 but have not tried it with XP. If anyone knows how to do this please let
me know.
