hey Doug. I some how started that extras manager in skype and I can't get it to go away. I removed skype ad-ons in add/remove programs but it still comes up. How can I make it go away? and if I have to uninstall and reinstall how can I keep my contacts. thanks

Go to the View menu, then to Accessibility, and in that menu, check the "Extended Keyboard Navigation" item. After you do that, an "Edit My Mood Text" option will materialize in the Tools menu. When that option is checked, the mood text box is on the screen, and when it is unchecked, the box is not visible. When you check the option, you will automatically be put in the mood text box when the menu closes. I therefore recommend this procedure: Make sure the option is not checked, then check it.
