This sounds like a good application for the frame manager. Try reading about
it in the JFW help and I think it will serve you well.

An ELPopup caller ID was recently install on my office system. When my phone
rings, the caller number appears on the top left area of the screen. However,
JAWS won't read it automatically. Anybody has scripts or knows about any
software that would do the job? Many thanks!
