Yardbird,

Bruce is referring to a bug in JAWS we discussed several months ago.  In 
Word, when you press Control apostrophe and then the letter e to get an 
accented e, JAWS changes the speaking of words or no keyboard speech to 
speak characters, even if you turned it off in Configuration Manager.  FS 
knows about the issue and will fix it in the next version.
