Well, it's the same product but a later edition (office xp is also known =
as office 2002).  I was suggesting she could move up to the current =
version of 2003.

That's the version; different from that is which bundle of the suite you =
purchase (the professional bundle, the small business bundle, the =
enterprise bundle, etc.).  The bundling determines which components you =
receive (and thus the pricing). =20

All bundles include MS Word and Outlook and Excel, I *think* the =
difference comes in with products that aren't used so often like =
powerpoint and/or access and/or front page).
