Dectalk USB ?

I am running win xp home sp2.
I have both a sound blaster live and on board sound. Only one sound card
may be active so I have the on board disabled.
Now with this usb dectalk can you have both this and another sound card
working together?
That is using the dectalk only for jaws and the other for website noise. I
have come to some sites that the music is so loud that I can not hear jaws.
Also true with some email.
