I have that issue sometimes and a reboot fixes it.

I will nooddle that problem around. But have you tried rebooting your
computer? Secondly, do you have another version of Jaws on your computer and
tried loading that version and see if you have the same issue? If the Jaws and
PC cursor work using another version, then you might try running a repair on
the version of jaws with the problem. Beyond that, you might have a keyboard
issue but not likely.
Meanwhile, I will think about the matter a little more.
