Norton WinDoctor under Windows, which as I said before, replaced
Norton Disk Doctor under MS-Dos, performed the same functions as Scan
Disk.
Prior to Norton System Works, Speed disk was the program you used to
compress your hard drives. The Microsoft program for compressing your
hard drives is called defrag.
