Firewall options are also available under the control pannel by looking for
windows firewall.

If you have the classic control panel, and start menu, you go to start menu,
hit S a couple times to settings, then enter, you should be on control
panel, if not hit C, enter on that, then hit S until you hear security
center. I believe you need the jaws curser in there but you can tab around
and try it and see what happens when you come to firewall button, if that
doesn't do anything you route jaws to PC and hit the left mouse button on
the num pad and I believe you disable it form there.  If you have the
security center in the system tray, when you hit jaws key+F11 and arrow to
it, you can get to it that way too and that eliminates the steps of going to
the control panel. I think you can disable it from right there in service
pack 2, that will definitely stop you if that's on. the XP firewall is junk,
all it causes is annoyances it doesn't really do what you want a firewall
for.
