You can have this in outlook.

Either, you can make use of the "snooze" feature, when the original
reminder occurs to get a later reminder, or, if it's options aren't
exactly what you want, then you can click the "open" button on the
reminder and edit the reminder time for the appointment after the first
reminder to now be the value that you'd like for the second reminder.
