Help! Just did a Windows update to Windows XP and now every time I open a message in Outlook Express 6 or try to send a message I get the following message " CTF Loader has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and the dialog about sending an error report.
I am also getting this message when I open Internet Explorer.
