Patricia, do you have group messages by conversation checked (under the view menu, current view)? If you do then when you have a group of messages in a thread, it will say expanded or collapsed on the first message in the group. You collapse a thread with the left arrow, you expand a collapsed thread with the right arrow, then you can arrow down to all the messages in the thread. Group messages by conversation lets you delete an entire thread at once with the press of the delete key when it is collapsed. Jaws says collapsed or expanded, but some people are hearing this indication twice. This is the strange part.......The first time collapse is said, it is with my Jaws voice which I have set lower in pitch. The second time collapse is said, it is in my regular cursor voice. Very strange. Any thoughts on this bothersome quirk? Thanks, Morey -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Internal Virus Database is out-of-date.
