Automatically Start JAWS

Hello Listers,
I am running XP Home Edition and I am "the Administrator" on the machine.
My wife and two daughters are also listed as users on the machine. Is there
a way to automatically start JAWS after I log in? I don't want JAWS to
start automatically when the log in screen comes up as it drives the rest of
them crazy to hear JAWS. LOL! Hope this makes sense...
