I apologize, I think.
Inasmuch as my OCR scanning software is useless without JAWS, I asked for
some ideas on the current thinking in  optimum utilization of mating screen
readers with reliable OCR products.
The Administration Guidelines don't seem to exclude this topic unless my
interpretation is flawed.
In any event, lists more relevant to my inquiry are welcome off list at:

I appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable contributors to this list and
only wish I could help others but computer skills or lack thereof are why
this list is so valuable to me and perhaps others as well.
