i what version of windows are you using i would suggest add sheild from 
www.jfwlite.com it is a pop up stopper hope this helps and do you have such 
a program like addiware or spy boy search and destroy? if not i would get 
theis  things as well you can also get them from the programs page from 
www.jfwlite.com hope this helps.
