You might want to follow up with them since it's been nearly 6 months now
since they last emailed you.
Maybe we all need to start contacting them as well so they know there are
enough of us interested in using the product.

Our developers are aware of this problem with screen reader compatibility;
they have added this item to their development points in order to discuss
and identify when they are able to implement an update so that Ad-Aware 2007
is accessible for use with screen readers.
As of now, we do not have a definite date as to when the updated software
version will be released, but we will make an announcement on our company
blog or Support Forums when progress has been made.
Please know that this is important to us, and we are working hard to make
Ad-Aware 2007 accessible to all.

I've used Ad Aware for a number of years and like it very much.
However, as a blind computer user, I've heard, from other Ad Aware
customers, that the 2007 version is not compatible with screen reading
software. Apparently, it's highly graphical and cannot be used by a blind
computer user.
Since I like your products, I'd very much appreciate it if you would look
into what you can do to make Ad Aware blind user friendly, once again.
