What version of xp? To answer part of your question, clicking on user
icons to sign in is incorrect advice. When your system boots up, hit
controll alt delete. If jaws is not running shift-tab once and hit
backspace a few times to clear the user name field, type in your username,
tab once to the password field, type in your password then hit enter. Once
logged in, start jaws.
