Hi Bruce:
Before you installed windows service pack two, does anyone have to disable
there anti virus program before the down load begins, or should you leave
the anti virus program run in the backround. Hope you don't mind my asking
these questions, but I want too make sure that I take all of the necessary
steps to make the down load go right.
