Acrobat Reader and IE

Hi all,
I have JAWS5 and Acrobat Reader6. When I open a pdf file on the web, the
document opens directly in Internet Explorer and JAWS won't read anything.
If I save the pdf and click on the file, the Acrobat Reader window opens and
JAWS reads it. Is there a way JAWS can read these pdf files embedded in IE?
Or, how can I have the Acrobat window open automatically?
I hope my explanation was clear...Thanks so much in advance or any help.
