To clarify the left mouse click suggestion, some time ago another lister wrote: when you have a balloon, go to the invisible curser by pressing the jaws curser twice quickly and arrow up or down until you find the balloon then press left mouse button to click it. Judy, Didn't know about the Alt+n suggested by Adrian, and will have to try that some time. I also recall that FS somewhere said that you can bring focus to the pop-up with the left mouse click on the NumPad. You just need to do this in a relatively short time to catch it before it goes away. Greetings again, Another issue I need help with is accessing tool tips that pop up. The current anoying one is letting me know that Windows updates are available, click here to install. On my home system, I can access this on the system tray, but at work, because of the way the network is set up, that access to tool tips is not available. The only things that show in the system tray are volume and speakers. Please advise. Judy
